Hallam 

Homewood is a 180 bed modern Home. Homewood offers permanent and respite aged care accommodation within a very short distance from public transport. 

Frankston North

Forest Lodge is a 180 bed Home in a quiet suburban setting.  

Forest Lodge is bright and airy, providing high-calibre care in a contemporary setting.

Noble Park

Noble Gardens

Noble Gardens provides 130 beds in modern, peaceful and friendly surroundings.  

Noble Manor

Noble Manor provides 160 beds of premium quality aged care in close proximity to public transport and shops. 

Donvale
The Heights sets the standard for premium quality aged living with 84 beds of luxury accommodation within easy access to public transport right on the doorstep. 

Mordialloc

Australia’s first multi-generational precinct incorporating a 147 bed residential aged care home alongside an early learning centre, community medical centre, commercial health club and commercial café.  

 

Hours of work

  • Minimum 3 shifts per week
  • AM, PM, ND shifts available

What you’ll love to do

  • Ensure resident hygiene and safety as a priority
  • Support the physical, emotional, cultural and social needs of residents
  • Provide the best person-centred care 
  • Work collaboratively with members of the care team 
  • Facilitate ongoing communication with different stakeholders 
  • Accurately report any issues and concerns 

What you’ll need

  • Certificate III Individual Support (Ageing)
  • Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards  
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses) 
  • NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance) 
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
