Our wellbeing program offers a variety of social activities customised to individual hobbies and interests, as well as outings that are designed to keep residents actively involved in the local community - whether it’s watching a game at our Corporate Box at Marvel Stadium, a lunch out at the local pub, or a helicopter joy flight over Phillip Island.

 

We welcome a qualified part-time (available Monday - Sunday) enthusiastic Wellbeing Assistant to join our team located in Donvale to support the delivery of meaningful activities to enhance the individual wellbeing and lifestyle needs of our residents.

  • Monday - Sunday

What you’ll be doing

  • Support the delivery of lifestyle and wellbeing programs
  • Provide one-on-one support for residents
  • Review and evaluation of wellbeing care plans and assessments
  • Provide an exceptional stakeholder experience
  • Work collaboratively with clinical staff to ensure residents wellbeing needs are being met

Things that matter to us

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or
  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle
  • Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations
  • NDIS Check
  • Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
